Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact.
We can not refund or exchange items where ticketing has been removed.
We recommend to send returns by recorded delivery and keep prove of postage.
Returns are sent at your expense.
Returns shoud be made within 14 days.
We will write to confirm that your return has been processed. A
refund or credit note will be issued within 3 weeks of receipt of goods.
We have an open returns policy for faulty products and will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that have become defective within a reasonable period.
